Can I trade in multiple devices for one product?
Updated
Generally, no. Samsung accepts 1 trade-in device for each new product you purchase.
The exception is if the new product you’re buying is specifically eligible for a multiple-device trade-in; if it is, you’ll see the option where the trade-in selection appears.
Can I Put Multiple Trade-In Devices in the Same Box?
No. If you’re trading in more than 1 device, for separate orders or the same order, each is handled individually:
Ship 1 trade-in device per box
Use 1 trade-in shipping label per trade-in device
Be sure to sign in to the My Orders page and then print (and use) each trade-in label separately. See How do I trade in my device? for more details.
How Many Trade-Ins Can I Have Open at Once?
You may have a maximum of 4 outstanding trade-in devices per household at any given time.
If you try to place another trade-in order while 4 devices are still awaiting shipment to Samsung, that additional order is placed on hold. It’s released once Samsung receives the first outstanding trade-in device. Orders are then processed in the order they were placed; each additional purchase is released as the corresponding trade-in device is received and processed.
