How do I reschedule TV installation or mounting?

Before Order is Confirmed
To reschedule before your order is confirmed via e-mail, visit the My Orders pageand click Reschedule Service Appointment.
After Order is Confirmed
To reschedule after your order is confirmed via e-mail, you will need to contact the servicer. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date and time.
Carrier Instructions
- If your delivery will be handled by RXO, your TV will be installed when it is delivered. Please contact RXO at (844) 742-5976 or e-mail HomeDeliveryHelp@rxo.com to reschedule your delivery and installation.
- If another carrier partner will deliver your TV, please contact our TV installation partner, Angi, at (855)-953-5006 or e-mail samsung@angi.com to reschedule your installation.
